A few helpful answers.
Can you diagnose a battery drain?
Yes. We offer parasitic draw testing and battery/charging-system diagnostics. Let us know when the battery goes dead and whether any accessories were recently installed.
Do brake pads always fix brake noise?
Not always. Worn rotors, hardware, calipers, or other conditions can contribute. We inspect the system before recommending the appropriate work.
Can you check a clunking noise?
Yes. Tell us whether the noise happens over bumps, while turning, or under braking. That information helps guide the inspection and diagnostic process.
Is a code scan the same as a diagnosis?
A code scan is a starting point. A trouble code points to a system or condition; further testing helps identify the cause and the appropriate repair.
Can you find out whether my leak is oil or coolant?
Yes. We inspect the fluid and affected systems to help identify the source. Describe where you see the leak and whether the vehicle is losing oil, losing coolant, or running hot.
Do you work on foreign, domestic, and classic cars?
Yes. We service domestic, Asian, European, and classic vehicles. Call with your year, make, model, and concern to discuss the right next step.
